Purpose:
To provide a means of protesting the outcome of a game governed by the Logan County Soccer Club.
Policy:
It is the policy of LCSC to review the outcome of a game governed by the LCSC upon request of either Coach involved in the game.
Scope:

Responsibility:
Board of Directors, Logan County Soccer Club
Procedure:
1. A protest of the game must be acknowledged on the game form, at the end of regulation time, on the day of the game.
2. A non-refundable fee of $50 must be given to the 2nd Vice-President within 48 hours of the game.
3. The 2nd Vice-President will convene the Player Committee within 72 hours of receipt of the protest and the non-refundable fee.
4. The decision that is rendered by the Player Committee will be given verbally within 24 hours of the decision and in written form within 48 hours of the decision, and prior to the next scheduled game of the individuals involved.
5. Appeals of the decision of the Player Committee must be submitted in writing within 48 hours to the Board of Directors of LCSC and must be accompanied by a $50 non-refundable fee.

6. The Board of Directors of LCSC must hear the appeal of the Player Committee decision within 48 hours of receipt of the written appeal and $50 non-refundable fee.
7. A decision by the Board of Directors will be rendered in writing to those individuals involved within four (4) days of receipt of the appeal (excluding Sundays and holidays).
8. Appeals of the Board of Directors must be submitted to the Frontier Country Soccer Association (FCSA).
9. The $50 fee for appeal will be refunded if the appeal is upheld by the Player Committee.
10. If the appeal is sent to the Board of Directors, and the Board of Directors upholds the appeal, $50 of the $100 for fees will be refunded.
