Purpose:

 

To provide clarification of Game Requirements for teams governed by the Logan County Soccer Club

 

Policy:

 

It is the policy of Logan County Soccer Club that all non-traveling teams in the LCSC adhere to the following requirements:

 

1.      Prior to the start of the game, the coach of each team will provide the referee with a copy of the current stamped roster of his/her team (this roster will not be returned to the coach). .  If the roster submitted to the referee prior to the game has any writing on it beyond what was done at the request of, or by, the referee, it will be returned to the coach.

 

2.      The coach of each team will have on hand the medical release forms for each player on the team roster (copies are sufficient).  The coach must provide the medical release forms at the request of the referee or LCSC official.

 

3.      The coach of each team will have on hand copies of the volunteer disclosure forms for all team representatives/volunteers and must provide the copies at the request of the referee or LCSC official.

 

Failure to adhere to the above requirements will result in a forfeit loss for that team

Procedure:

 

1.                  Prior to each game, the coach will ensure that all required documents are on hand and available for inspection by the referee or LCSC officials.

 

2.                  Upon request of the referee or LCSC official, the coach will submit a copy of the current roster.

 

3.                  Upon request of the referee, or LCSC official, the coach will provide the medical release and volunteer documents for review.
