Purpose:
To set the guidelines for Coaching Staff, team and spectator seating and placement arrangements during games governed by LCSC
Policy:
It is the policy of Logan County Soccer Club that spectators at LCSC governed games will be seated along the central area between the upper and lower fields. The stands for the upper fields will be facing East (towards the road), and the stands for the lower fields will be facing West (towards the trees).
Teams participating in LCSC governed games will be seated along the opposite side of the field from the spectator’s seating. For the lower fields, the team seating will be on the West side of the fields along the tree-line. For the upper fields, teams will be seated along the East side of the field adjacent to Academy Road (see attached diagram for general reference).
Coaching Staff for each team will be designated by the registered coach of the team and will not exceed more than two people to be with the team on the team side of the field during games governed by LCSC. Excess Coaching Staff or Team Representatives will be asked to move to the spectator seating as outlined in this policy.

Procedure:
1. Spectators - All spectators will seat themselves in the stands, or in seating they provide (lawn chairs, etc), along the central area between the upper and lower soccer fields.
Definition of Spectator - Any person that is not a player or coach is considered a spectator.
2. Teams - All teams participating in a game governed by LCSC will seat themselves, as outlined above, along the West side of the lower fields, or the East side of the upper fields prior to the start of game play.
Definition of a Team – a group of LCSC registered players that have been assigned to the roster of a particular coach for LCSC.
3. Coaching Staff – All Coaches and their designated Assistant Coach or Team Representative will seat themselves with their respective team as outlined by this policy. Only one Coach and one Assistant Coach may be seated with the team during an LCSC Governed match.
Definition of Coach – The Coach is the person registered with LCSC (or visiting Club team) as being the coach of one of the teams playing the match.
Definition of Assistant Coach – the Assistant Coach is designated by the Coach of the team playing the match.
4. At no time during a game governed by LCSC shall the spectators seat themselves with the teams or at the ends of the field near the goals. The coach or LCSC official will ask them to move. If they do not move the match will be suspended or terminated for non-compliance at the referee’s discretion.
