Purpose:

To set forth guidelines for the LCSC yearly needs Assessment.

Policy:

It is the policy of Logan County Soccer Club to assess yearly the needs of LCSC members.

Scope:

Board of Directors, Logan County Soccer Club

Procedure:

1. The Governing Board of LCSC will create a questionnaire to assess the needs of its members.
2. The questionnaire will be put on the agenda of the first Coach’s meeting of each season to determine what areas of LCSC will be assessed as per the input of LCSC members.
3. The questionnaire will be posted on the website for LCSC, LoCoSoccer.org.
4. The coaches will distribute a notification to team members and their team member’s guardian at their first practice after that meeting directing the members to the website to participate in the assessment survey.
5. The Governing Board will prepare a report based on the Needs Assessment Questionnaire Survey at the next Governing Board meeting.
6. The Yearly Needs Assessment Report will be distributed via posting on LoCoSoccer.org and the LCSC newsletter and at the Coach’s meeting.
7. The Governing Board will incorporate the findings of the Yearly Needs Assessment Survey into the planning for the next year where practicable and applicable.
