Purpose:

To establish guidelines on firearms/weapons at LCSC governed events.

Policy:

It is the policy of Logan County Soccer Club that under no circumstances will any person other than law enforcement officials carry a firearm or weapon at any LCSC governed event.  The carrying of a firearm or any other weapon to an LCSC governed event by a person that is not a law enforcement official will result in a life-time ban from LCSC governed events.  Further, charges will be filed on any person that is caught with a firearm or weapon at an LCSC governed event and they will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Procedure:

Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited at any LCSC governed event.  These events include, but are not limited to:

Ø      Games

Ø      Practices

Ø      Scrimmages

Ø      Fundraising events

Ø      Sign-ups

Ø      Governing Board or Coach’s meetings

Ø      Any event sponsored by, or governed by, LCSC
