Purpose:
To establish guidelines for recruitment of players for LCSC teams.
Policy:
It is the policy of Logan County Soccer Club that player recruitment adhere to the guidelines set forth herein.
Scope:
Logan County Soccer Club
Responsibility:
Board of Directors, Logan County Soccer Club
Procedure:
1. Coaches may not recruit players for an individual team.
2. All recruitment of players is for LCSC as a whole.
3. Contacting of players must occur outside of scheduled sign up dates and times as posted on the LCSC yearly calendar/schedule, from the date of the 1st scheduled sign up until team formation is complete.
4. Coaches will be sanctioned as per FCSA rules and guidelines.
