Procedure:

Each team in LCSC is allotted one (1) vote.  The Coach of the team is designated as the voting member for the team.  If the Coach is unable to attend a meeting where issues pertaining to LCSC will be voted on, he/she may designate another representative for the team to act on the behalf of the Coach as a Proxy Vote.  The designated Proxy Vote member must have documentation from the Coach with the Coach’s name, the team name, the name of the person designated to be the Proxy Vote, the date of the particular meeting that the Proxy Vote is designated to vote on the Coach’s behalf for the team, and be signed by the Coach.  The Proxy Vote may not be open-ended, it must be specific to a particular meeting and will not be honored at, or for, any other meeting.  If the documentation for the Proxy Vote is unavailable or is not presented to the LCSC Governing Board during the meeting, the Proxy Vote will not be counted.

No person may hold more than one vote.
