Purpose:
To establish guidelines for registration and late sign-up for current or upcoming season.
Policy:
It is the policy of Logan County Soccer Club that that there will be 3 sign-up dates for the upcoming season. Two sign-up sessions will be held in Guthrie, and one sign-up session may be held in an outlying area prior to the season beginning.

Procedure:
The Board of Directors of LCSC will set the dates, times, and places of all three Regular Sign ups. The Registrar will accept registrations in accordance with LCSC By-Laws and Policy & Procedures.
Any player that misses the sign-up sessions prior to the beginning of the season may petition the Registrar to request an exception so that he or she may be allowed to sign up for the current season.
1. The player petitioning the Registrar may submit orally or in writing the reason for missing the sign-ups.
2. The Registrar will give the petitioning player a verbal or written response to the petition for late sign up.
3. If the petition is approved, the petitioning player will be placed on a team according to LCSC By Laws and Policy & Procedure.
4. If the petition is denied, the petitioning player may solicit the Player Committee in writing to reverse the decision and allow for the player to be approved for late sign up.

5. The decision of the Player Committee will be binding upon the petitioning player and the Registrar.
6. Registrar will set the fee for late sign-ups, not to exceed the normal registration fee.
7. Registration information will be kept by the Registrar for a period of twelve (12) months and player lists for each season indefinitely.
8. Registrar may remove scholarship players from rosters for non-participation after making a good faith effort (2 phone calls, 1 letter) to contact the players and/or parent/guardian of the player.
