Purpose:

To establish guidelines for LCSC Coaches notifying players of team placement upon receipt of roster for the upcoming season.

Policy:

It is the policy of Logan County Soccer Club that that Coaches notify the players assigned to their roster within 48 hours of receipt of the roster.

Procedure:

Upon receipt of the team roster for the current season, the coach will notify the players on his roster of their team assignment.  The coach may call the player, email the player, visit the player, or mail the player to relay the team placement information.  Coaches will give the player, or player’s guardian/parent, contact information for the coach. 

If a player contacts LCSC 72 hours after the coaches meeting inquiring about their placement, that player will be given their coach’s contact information.
