Purpose:

To set the guidelines for LCSC for compiling and distributing seasonal Coach’s packets containing pertinent information for the season.

Policy:

It is the policy of Logan County Soccer Club that the Governing Board of LCSC will compile and distribute a Coach’s Packet for every coach each season and that the coach will return the Coach’s Packet at the end of each season.

Responsibility:

Board of Directors, Logan County Soccer Club

Procedure:

The Governing Board of LCSC will compile pertinent information concerning the upcoming season into a packet that will be distributed to coaches at the first coaches meeting prior to the start of each season.

The packets will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

-         Team roster

-         Laws of the Game

-         LCSC Policies & Procedures

-         Contact information for the Governing Board of LCSC

During the last day of each season, the coaches will return the Coach’s Packets to the Referee Office at LCSC fields.
