Season Schedules

Purpose:

To establish guidelines for scheduling games for each season governed by LCSC.

 

Policy:

 

It is the policy of Logan County Soccer Club that a schedule for all teams within LCSC will be created for, and distributed prior to, each season.

Procedure:

 

The Registrar(s) for LCSC will give a list of teams in each age category to the

2nd Vice President of LCSC at the Team Formation meeting after sign ups have been completed.  The 2nd Vice President of LCSC will complete the season schedule for each age group prior to the first Coaches Meeting of each season.  The schedules will be distributed with the Coach’s Season Packets during the first Coaches Meeting of each season.

 

In the event that a change in schedule before the season begins is necessary (ex: a team disbanding), a new schedule will be created reflecting the change and it will be given to the LCSC Registrar(s) for distribution to the Coaches prior to the season beginning.  All other changes in schedules during the season will be handled as per LCSC Policies & Procedures pertaining to the reason for the change.  Coaches will sign for the new schedule to verify receipt.
