Purpose:
To establish the guidelines for team practice at the LCSC complex.
Policy:
It is the policy of Logan County Soccer Club that teams will not use the game fields for regular practices. With the exception of one (1) scheduled practice, all team practices are not to be held at the LCSC soccer complex.

Responsibility:
Coaches, Board of Directors, Logan County Soccer Club
Procedure:
1. Coaches will contact the 2nd Vice President to schedule one practice session for each team at the LCSC soccer complex.
2. If there is a scheduling conflict, the 2nd Vice President and the scheduled team will reschedule the practice session for another date.
3. Any Club team utilizing the LCSC soccer complex for practices, other than the practice scheduled with the 2nd Vice President, will forfeit one (1) game for each time that team utilizes LCSC game fields for practice.
4. Any Traveling team utilizing the LCSC soccer complex for practices, other than the practice scheduled with the 2nd Vice President, all participants will be suspended for their next scheduled game. The 2nd Vice President will send notification to Frontier Country Soccer Association (FCSA) informing them of the disciplinary action and ensuring that the suspension(s) will be recorded at FCSA.
5. Any team that has (3) three disciplinary actions recorded with LCSC and/or FCSA may be subject to further disciplinary action up to, and/or including:
- Removal of team affiliation with LCSC
- Offending Coach may be banned temporarily or permanently from LCSC
- If team is removed from affiliation with LCSC, notification of removal will be forwarded to FCSA and Oklahoma Soccer Association (OSA)
- If offending coach is banned from LCSC, notification of the ban will be forwarded to FCSA, OSA, and the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA).
