Purpose:

To establish guidelines for Proprietorship for LCSC.

Policy:

It is the policy of Logan County Soccer Club that all members of LCSC that spend LCSC monies or utilize LCSC materials/property in carrying out their duties sign a letter of Proprietorship stating that the monies, materials, or property being utilized belongs to LCSC and that said monies, property, or materials will be returned to LCSC upon relinquishment of, or dismissal as, a member of LCSC.  This letter of proprietorship will be used for legal and/or insurance purposes.

Responsibility:

Board of Directors, Logan County Soccer Club

Procedure:

1.                  A letter of Proprietorship will be drawn up for each member of LCSC that spends LCSC monies or utilizes LCSC materials/property in carrying out their duties.

2.         The Member will review, sign, and date the letter of proprietorship.

3.         The Secretary/Treasurer will review, sign and date the letter of Proprietorship for LCSC
