Purpose:

To establish guidelines for Absentee Board Members for scheduled Board Meetings

Policy:

It is the policy of Logan County Soccer Club that Members of the Board of Directors abide by these guidelines.

Scope:

Logan County Soccer Club

Responsibility:

Board of Directors, Logan County Soccer Club

Procedure:

1.                  Any member of the Board of Directors who will be absent during a meeting of the Board of Directors will contact the President of Logan County Soccer Club to inform him/her of the impending absence via phone and/or email.

2.                  The absentee member will submit a written report of their area of management for inclusion in the minutes of the meeting via email or the United States Postal Service.
