How to Register
You MUST have a birth certificate on file with LCSC in order to play. If you are a new to the club, you will need to provide a copy of a birth certificate with your registration form. Also, LCSC has club chosen uniforms. you will need to purchase a uniform package (which consists of a blue jersey, white jersey, shorts, and socks)
You can download this Registration Form and Uniform order form and turn it in at one of the official registration events. We accept cash, check, and credit cards.
